Youth Camp


This is an exciting outreach created by the young adult members of our Center! Sloan, Victor, Max and Miles will lead workshops focused on getting students in the right mindset before the start of the school year.
The program will consist of an introduction to meditation and yoga led by Gita Carpenter, fun and games, and slow-paced exercise, snacks, and prizes. Our youth will conduct sessions on Positive Thinking, Finding the Humor in Things, Using Computers Responsibly and for Fun, and Stress-Reduction Exercise.
Please share this with families you know who have school age children for this awesome back-to-school youth event! Doors open 7:45 am for early drop-off and final pickup time will be 1:00.
