It is that time of the year to renew your commitment for 2010 by updating your membership and pledge by filling out the Annual Commitment Form.

You may download it by clicking on the link above, fill it out, then mail, fax, bring it in on Sunday or during office hours so that we can add you to our data for 2010. There are also forms available in the lobby.
