Ticket Purchase FAQ

Do I need to have a PayPal Account to purchase tickets?

NO! You are not required to sign up for a PayPal Account. After you click Proceed to PayPal you will be taken to the PayPal Payments page. At the bottom is a button that says Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Just click that button and you will not have to sign up for a PayPal account and will be able to use your debit or credit card as normal.  Your information is required on the CSL page to enter your name for the WILL CALL list, not for PayPal to set up an account.   Once this is done, your CSL account is set up and will auto-fill next time you purchase an event ticket.

I lost my ticket. Do I need it to get in?

It does make it easier for us if you have it, but if not it's okay. We have a WILL CALL list of who purchased tickets online.
